Guinea is an amazing unknown country to visit. Yet there are many problems and things that don’t work well at all there and that’s something I was trying to show in this video vlog.

I tried to cover mostly my personal problems while traveling from one city to another, or the pollution from cars, difficult roads, rain, floods, problematic regarding trash and plastics but I could talk even about much more.
There are problems with very bad healthcare, hygiene, lack of electricity and slow internet, unemployment, corruption and very low income, in few places even crime.
But it’s very interesting that people are not really that much unhappy in this country and also they don’t seem to suffer from hunger. As the country is almost not touristic at all, you barely meet people who are begging for money, mostly it’s just children when they see a white guy (“porto”) like me 🙃
And the children and education are the future of this country. I met many teachers in Guinea and they seem to realize that education is the key to grow as a nation or as a country and they really put a lot of effort in to that.

When you visit the north of the country – the region of Mali – which is also a small city there (do not confuse with a country Mali which is not far from there), you will see a very different kind of landscape. It’s also much more colder as you are in the mountains and locals say that it can remind of European weather which is a bit true 🙃
Natural Wonders 💜
Actually, sometimes the nature reminded me of shootings from New Zealand or even Ireland. I believe that if the country became more touristic with better infrostructure, it would be a very appealing region to make movies 🎥
And the highlight, as you can see in the video, was “La dame de Mali” or “Mount Loura”, which is many times not visible because of the mysterious weather there but if you manage to get a nice weather, it’s a MUST SEE.
It actually inspired me to create a personal list of natural wonders and this one is probably on the top of my list, even though it’s absolutely unknown in our developped countries.
As I was mentionning before, I made a big adventure trip to one of the least visited countries in the world, #11th least visited = GUINEA 🇬🇳

There are a lot of platforms which help you to start investing, using already pre-selected strategies, so you don’t have to have a lot of knowledge to start investing. EstateGuru is a very attractive platform where I have started to invest during 2020 and I keep asking myself why I haven’t started earlier.
The average interest rate is maybe not that that high compared to other platforms, but also not that low either (depends which platforms you compare with:). The team behind is very professional and they seem to have much less problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I think it’s a great option for those, who want to choose something safer but still get some nice passive income.
The average interest rate is around 10-11 %, the platform is concentrated on real estate projects and the average period for one loan is just around 1 year, which is very nice, so you don’t have to wait too long for a project to be completed.
An auto invest option is available, for those who invest bigger amounts even with advanced options.
The secondary market is available (so far only with a manual option), the platform is taking a small fee to those who are selling their loans. Very soon it should be able to also set auto invest for secondary market as well.
Overall I am very pleased with this platform and I totally recommend it so far!

2. CHANGE INVEST
Estonian-based company Change Invest has launched a mobile cryptocurrency trading app called Change through which users enjoy commission-free trades when investing into cryptocurrencies.
I am using this app for more than a year already, mostly for trading Cryptocurrencies (but they have other features as well including a dynamic saving account) and so far I love it!
Super low fees, a lot of extra benefits, very fast support and so much more!

Very clear interface, fast registration, pretty high yield (average return over 12-13 % – most of them with Buyback guarantee!), but you can find even with 15 % and more if you don’t mind some extra risk, especially in other currencies than just EUR.
Overall, I still recommend using this site as the main P2P platform, not only for diversification of your investments, you can find a big variety of providers, in different currencies (mostly but not only in EUR) and also with the Auto Invest option or the Secondary market (shame that there is a new fee for selling loans, but that’s a current trend in other platforms as well)
Now for a change an option from my home country (interesting even for international investors) – Bondster, Czech P2P platform where I have so far invested only in CZK and overall I am happy, for the diversification, even though the interest rates are a bit lower, especially in the CZK market.
That’s I think it’s a great opportunity for international investors to invest in EUR, it’s a great alternative to Mintos for example.
The EUR market is very attractive indeed, with loans offering up to 17 % interest and also with a buy back guarantee.
New P2P platform that is very trustworthy as it is closely cooperating with the most reliable Loan Originator that operates also on well known Mintos – and that is PLACET GROUP.
The advantage to invest to those loans on Moncera and not on Mintos is that you can get a bit higher interest rate, but also you get other benefits and securities that Mintos doesn’t give to you.
